Part 1 of Broccoli Rabe with Goat Cheese, Onions, and Pine Nuts
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts
Directions
- Slow-roast the pine nuts over very low heat in a dry pan until golden brown, about 5 minutes (longer on an electric stove).
- Shake the pan regularly to avoid burning the nuts.
- Remove from the heat and reserve.
