  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts

Directions

  1. Slow-roast the pine nuts over very low heat in a dry pan until golden brown, about 5 minutes (longer on an electric stove).
  2. Shake the pan regularly to avoid burning the nuts.
  3. Remove from the heat and reserve.
