Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients:
½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
½ cup (120 ml) sour cream
Juice and zest of 1 lime
1 teaspoon (5 ml) honey
1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cumin
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
Method:
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice and zest, honey, cumin, and salt in a small bowl. Serve drizzled atop Blackened Salmon Fajitas (see recipe).
