Ingredients:
2 cups (470 ml) jasmine rice
2.5 cups (590 ml) water
Method:
Place rice in a saucepan and add water. Heat to a quick simmer.
Reduce heat to low and let rice simmer, covered, until all of the liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Transfer the cooked rice to a serving dish or bowl when ready to serve.
