- 3 heirloom carrots
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Caramelized onions, to serve
Method:
In a bowl toss the carrots with oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Grill the carrots for a few minutes, until crisp-tender, and serve with caramelized onions.
