Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches broccolini, woody ends trimmed with a veg peeler
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) red pepper flakes

Method:

  • Preheat grill to high
  • Grill the broccolini until just charred, 3-4 minutes.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet set over medium heat. Transfer the broccolini into the skillet.
  • Season with salt and pepper, add the red pepper flakes and toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately.
