Ingredients:
- 2 bunches broccolini, woody ends trimmed with a veg peeler
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) red pepper flakes
Method:
- Preheat grill to high
- Grill the broccolini until just charred, 3-4 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a skillet set over medium heat. Transfer the broccolini into the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper, add the red pepper flakes and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
