Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of fresh asparagus (1kg)
  • 1 cup of your favorite Italian dressing – (250ml)
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Trim asparagus by snapping the stem off.
  2. Place asparagus in plastic bag and pour on dressing. Place in refrigerator for 1hour.
  3. Preheat barbecue to 400 °F.
  4. Place asparagus on grill and cook for approx. 3 minutes till lightly browned.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
