Ingredients
- 2 heads fennel, sliced into wedges, core intact
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- ½ orange, juice and zest
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) soy sauce
Method
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Brush the fennel with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the fennel until charred and tender, roughly 3-5 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, zest, honey. Brush the fennel with this mixture while it grills.
- Serve immediately.
