Ingredients:
4 medium zucchini, sliced lengthwise
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground black pepper
1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried thyme
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder
Method:
Preheat oven to 400 F (205 C).
Arrange zucchini sliced-side up on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until soft and browned.
