Garlic Dip

Yield: ½ cup (120 ml)

 

Ingredients:

½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil

1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice

¼ teaspoon (1 ml) salt

¼ teaspoon (1 ml) pepper

 

Method:

Add mayonnaise, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Whisk together to combine.

Serve with Crispy Spiced Polenta Fries (see recipe) and Crunchy Coated Fish (see recipe).
