Ingredients

2 lbs of asparagus, trimmed

1 cup of Italian dressing (250ml)

8 wooden skewers

 

Method

Soak wooden skewers in cool water for one hour.

Place asparagus in sealable bag and marinate with Italian dressing for 30 minutes.

Remove asparagus from dressing and thread about 8 asparagus’ per skewer.

Preheat grill to 450ºF.

Add asparagus to grill and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
