Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, dried
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon, marjoram, dried

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients and apply to meat one hour before cooking.
