Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander, dried
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon, marjoram, dried
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients and apply to meat one hour before cooking.
