Parsley Caper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cups olive oil – (150ml)
  • 6 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley – (90ml)
  • 6 tablespoons drained capers – (90ml)
  • 6 anchovy fillets, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice – (60ml)
  • 2 large garlic cloves, halved

Directions

  1. Combine parsley, capers, garlic cloves, chopped anchovy fillets into a food processor.  Quickly mix in lemon juice, and oil.  Cover and chill
  2. Enjoy!
