Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups (360 ml) mint leaves
¼ cup (60 ml) cilantro (stems on)
Juice of 1 lime
1 ½ teaspoons (7.5 ml) pre-minced ginger
1 ½ teaspoons (7.5 ml) sugar
½ jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 cup (240 ml) yogurt
Salt
Method:
Add mint leaves, cilantro, lime juice, ginger, sugar, and jalapeno to a food processor and blend until smooth. Season with salt.
