Mascarpone Whip Cream
Ingredients
- ¾ cup 35% whipping cream (180ml)
- ½ cup mascarpone cheese (125ml)
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar (45ml)
- ½ vanilla bean scraped
Directions
- Place mascarpone in bowl and beat lightly with a wooden spoon to soften, add vanilla bean.
- In a separate bowl whisk icing sugar with whip cream until soft peaks are achieved.
- Gently fold the whip cream into the cheese mixture in 3 additions.
- Serve cold with pears.
