Yield: 2 cups (500ml) sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup store bought barbeque sauce (250ml)
 - ½ cup mint jelly (125ml)
 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce (15ml)
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
 - 1 tablespoon lime juice (15ml)
 - ¼ cup diced fresh cilantro (60ml)
 - salt to taste
 
Directions
- In a medium sauce pan combine all ingredients except the cilantro and salt. Bring to a gentle boil over low heat.
 - Allow sauce to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro and salt to taste.
