Ingredients
- 8 ounces ricotta cheese, partly skimmed (250 grams)
- 16 fluid ounces non-fat yogurt (500 millilitres)
- 4 fluid ounces red wine vinegar (125 millilitres)
- 1 ½ tablespoons prepared horseradish (45 grams)
- 2 ounces granny smith apple, peeled and grated (60 grams)
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Puree the ricotta in a food processor until smooth.
- Add the yogurt and vinegar. Process again.
- Pour the creamy mixture into a bowl and fold in the horseradish and apple gratings.
