Dijon Lemon Sour Cream Sauce

Makes: 1 1/2 cups (375 ml)

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream (250 ml)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives (45 ml)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco (5 ml)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with hot smoked salmon.
