Dijon Lemon Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream (250 ml)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives (45 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco (5 ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with hot smoked salmon.
