Ingredients
- 12 ounces whole cranberries (340 grams)
- 1 fluid ounce lime juice (30 millilitres)
- 1 fluid ounce orange juice (30 millilitres)
- 2 tablespoons honey (40 grams)
- 2 ounces green onion, finely chopped (60 grams)
- 2 teaspoons jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (12 grams)
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped (6 grams)
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves, chopped (3 grams)
- ½ teaspoon cracked black peppercorns (1 gram)
- ½ fluid ounce Tequila or dark rum (15 millilitres)
Directions
- Process all the ingredients in a food processor until mixed to a chunky consistency. This salsa should not be too fine.
