Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh oregano, minced
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon (120 mL) dried red chilli flakes
  • 3/4 cup (180 mL) olive oil
  • 1/2 red pepper, minced about 1/4 inch (0.65 cm) dice
  • 1 small red onion, minced about 1/4 inch (0.65 cm) dice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place all chopped ingredients in bowl, add oil and vinegar.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve.
