Chimmy Churri
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) parsley, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh oregano, minced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon (120 mL) dried red chilli flakes
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) olive oil
- 1/2 red pepper, minced about 1/4 inch (0.65 cm) dice
- 1 small red onion, minced about 1/4 inch (0.65 cm) dice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Place all chopped ingredients in bowl, add oil and vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve.
