Butter Chicken Marinade
Part 1 of Butter Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) garlic and ginger paste
- 1 1/2 (7 mL) teaspoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) coriander powder
- 2 teaspoons (10 mL) garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) turmeric
- Approximately 2 tablespoons (30 mL) lime juice
- 2 1/4 cups (500 mL) of plain, natural yogurt
- Water
Directions
- Mix garlic and ginger paste, spices, lime juice and yogurt together.
