Grilled Radicchio Salad

Ingredients:
- 5 heads mixed radicchio
- ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- Salt and pepper
- Balsamic reduction, for drizzling
- ½ cup (120 ml) toasted, chopped hazelnuts
- Thinly sliced Parmesan cheese
Method:
Leaving stem intact, slice heads of radicchio in half.
Rub halves with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill over medium-high heat until slightly wilted and charred, 2-3 minutes, turning once. Transfer to a large platter.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction. Sprinkle with toasted, chopped hazelnuts and thinly sliced Parmesan cheese.
