Cold Pickled Radishes

Yield: 2 cups of radishes

 

Ingredients:

12 radishes, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

½ cup (120 ml) rice vinegar

½ cup (120 ml) water

2 tablespoons (30 ml) sugar

1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt

 

Method:

Thinly slice radishes and transfer to a jar.

Add garlic, vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to the jar.

Cover and shake well.

Cool in the refrigerator for twenty minutes before serving.
