Salted Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients

4-6 cups popped corn kernels
Butter
Cassonade or light brown sugar
Brown Rice syrup
Sea salt
Vanilla extract
Baking soda

Method:

1. In a small pan, melt butter with sugar and syrup until well incorporated.
2. Let cook until a caramel forms.
3. Turn fire off and add vanilla, salt and baking soda.
4. A foam will form. It’s ready.
5. Toss popcorn with the caramel until well coated.
6. Place in a cookie sheet and bring to oven at 325*F for 10-15 minutes to finish, re-tossing a few times during this time.
