Cheese Yuka Bread (Chipa o Pao de queijo)
Ingredients:
250 grm grated parmesan cheese
250 grms grated fontina cheese
500 grms tapioca starch
1 teaspoon coarse salt tablespoon salt
125 ml milk
75 ml orange juice
2 eggs
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
2. Place all ingredients in an electric mixer and mix until well blended.
3. Roll into 1-inch rolls and cut with a small knife into 1/2-inch coins.
4. Place in a baking sheet and cook until puffed and lightly golden, about 12 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
