Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 red finger chili
  • 1 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup soaked raisins
  • 1 bag Bhel Puri mix
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp red chili powder

 

Method:

  1. On box grater shred cucumber and red onion.
  2. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible from the cucumber and red onio.,
  3. Remove pomegranate seeds.
  4. Pick herbs.
  5. Add everything to a mixing bowl and mix to combine.
  6. Serve.
