Ingredients
- 2 Ribeye Steaks (about 1 lb.)
- 1 19 oz Bag Frozen Cheese Tortellini
- Graza Sizzle Oil
- 1 C Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 1 Small Zucchini Diced
- Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning
- Blackstone Lemon Peppercorn Seasoning
- Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning
- 3 TB Butter
- 1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Sprig Fresh Thyme
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 4 TB Water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Parsley
Methods
- Pre-heat griddle to medium heat. Allow 10-15 minutes or until the surface darkens and light smoke appears.
- Coat the ribeye’s in Graza Sizzle and Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning then lay them down on the griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on either side or until medium rare. Take off the heat and allow the ribeye to rest for 5 minutes, then dice into bite sized pieces.
- Melt 3 tsp butter, then mix in Blackstone Steakhouse seasoning, Blackstone Lemon Peppercorn Seasoning, rosemary, thyme, 1 tsp garlic paste and a splash of Graza Sizzle. Leave on heat and stir occasionally until flavors are fully incorperated.
- Pour 2 TB water onto griddle, then lay the frozen tortellini down. Drizzle some Graza Sizzle and 2 TB water on top and give it a quick mix. Cover with a dome to steam for 3-4 minutes. Uncover and toss, then put the dome back on for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn the heat down, then lay down 1 C tomatoes halved and zucchini diced, sauté them with Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay the diced ribeye back on the griddle with the tomatoes and zucchini, uncover the tortellini and combine these ingredients together.
- Pour the butter mixture on top, setting the sprigs of rosemary and thyme aside. Toss together so the butter coats everything evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate and garnish with fresh parsley, rosemary and thyme.
