
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe pineapple
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 sprig basil
- 2 lemons, juiced
Method:
- Peel and cut pineapple into small pieces. Blend pineapple with honey and basil. Add lemon juice to balance the acidity.
- Place in a shallow pan and freeze. When hard, fluff with a fork to create a snow effect. Serve as a palate cleanser or the start of a cocktail!
