Banana and Dulce de Leche Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 6 over ripened bananas, cut into pieces and frozen
  • ½ cup dulce de leche
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

 Method:

  1. Place the frozen chopped bananas in the bowl of the food processor and cover with the honey and dulce de leche. Process until creamy.
  2. Either server right away or transfer to a freezer safe container and keep frozen until ready to serve.
