
Oyster Platter

Ingredients:
- 12 large oysters, scrubbed clean
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Fresh horseradish, grated
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 shallot, diced
Method:
Make mignonette by mixing red wine vinegar, shallot and black pepper in a small bowl.
Shuck oysters and place on a tray of crushed ice.
Serve with mignonette, grated horseradish, and lemon wedges.
