Ingredients:
- 1 black truffle
- 1 cup (240 ml) grapeseed oil
Method:
Shave black truffle into a jar using a knife or truffle shaver.
In a small pot, heat oil to 130 F (60 C).
Pour warmed oil into a jar of shaved truffle and place lid on the jar.
Let infuse for 2 days in a cool, dark environment.
