Panko Bread Crumbs

Ingredients:

1 loaf of white bread, torn

 

Method:

Preheat oven to 350oF (180oC).

Run the torn pieces of bread through the food processor with a shredding blade to make coarse crumbs.

Spread the crumbs on a baking sheet.

Bake in oven until bread is dried not toasted, about 5-7 minutes.

Shake the baking sheet twice during cooking process in order for the bread crumbs to dry evenly.

Remove from heat and let cool at room temperature.
