Ingredients:

  • 1x 15-ounce (425 g) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 ¼ cups (300 ml) tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
  • Salt

Method:

Add chickpeas into a food processor.

Add the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, water and olive oil. Season with salt and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.
