Ingredients:
- 1x 15-ounce (425 g) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 ¼ cups (300 ml) tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juice
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
- Salt
Method:
Add chickpeas into a food processor.
Add the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, water and olive oil. Season with salt and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
