Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/3 cup olive oil good quality extra-virgin Salt and pepper
  • 4 burrata
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8-12 anchovies
  • 1 bunch Basil leaves
  • 12 slices crostini lightly grilled

Method

  1. Grate the tomato and garlic into a bowl add olive oil.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Place burrata in bowl serve with anchovies and basil leaves.
  4. Nice crunchy bread sliced like crostini ½ inch cut on long diagonal and toasted
