Ingredients
- 24 baby potatoes, white and red
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml)
- 1 ½ teaspoons of salt (7.5ml)
- 2 teaspoons of cracked black pepper (10ml)
Directions
- Preheat the grill to high heat (385-400°F)
- Place the grill basket onto the grill to heat for 10 minutes
- Toss the potatoes in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes into the basket to roast turning every 2 minutes until crispy. Lower the heat on the grill to 300°F (150°C) and continue to grill until tender and cooked through, tossing and turning the potatoes every 3-5 minutes for approximately 15 minutes.
