The Inspiration
Lamb has long been associated with Mediterranean and Greek cuisine, making it the perfect protein for an Aries-inspired meal. Rich, flavorful, and robust, lamb stands up beautifully to warm spices and slow-simmered tomato sauces. In this recipe, the traditional Italian-style ragu receives a Greek-inspired twist through the addition of cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, and creamy feta cheese.
The result is a dish that feels both familiar and unique. It offers the comfort of a classic pasta dinner while introducing subtle layers of Mediterranean flavor. The cinnamon-infused tomato sauce adds warmth and complexity, while the feta contributes a salty brightness that balances the richness of the lamb.
