Organic greens with grilled pear and rosewater vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Organic Greens
  • 2 Pears
  • 1 Tablespoon of oil (separate)
  • 2 Tablespoons of rose flower water
  • ½ cup of Canola oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of chives
  • 1 Tablespoon of parsley
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup of rose petals

Directions

  1. Prepare the pears by peeling, cut in half and remove the cores.
  2. Lightly brush the halves with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place onto a grill for 10 minutes on each side or until softened and set aside.
  4. When cooled slice each into a fan.
  5. In a bowl combine the rosewater, vinegar, oil, herbs and seasoning whisk to combine, toss in greens and mix to combine.
  6. Place in serving dishes.
  7. Garnish with sliced fanned pears halves and rose and rose petals.
