Milles délices filet de sanglier

Ingredients

  • 2 sanglier (wild boar) filets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons brandy
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. In a frying pan, sear filet in oil.
  2. Transfer to shallow pan or baking sheet and place in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 8 minutes.
  3. Deglaze frying pan with brandy.
  4. Add balsamic vinegar and cream.
  5. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil and pour over sanglier.
