Milles délices filet de sanglier

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Ingredients
- 2 sanglier (wild boar) filets (6 ounces each)
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 teaspoons brandy
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
Directions
- In a frying pan, sear filet in oil.
- Transfer to shallow pan or baking sheet and place in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 8 minutes.
- Deglaze frying pan with brandy.
- Add balsamic vinegar and cream.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil and pour over sanglier.
