Ingredients
- 1 ciabatta loaf
- ½ cup pesto (4 fluid ounces)
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 6 ounces provolone cheese (175 grams)
Directions
- Slice the loaf at 2 centimetre intervals ¾ quarters of the way down, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Cut the prosciutto into small pieces and stuff a couple of spoonfuls of pesto, some prosciutto and some provolone cheese in between each slice of bread.
- Wrap the whole in foil and place it on the grill to bake for 20 minutes, until melted and warm.
