Flaming chorizo
Ease of preparation is easy.
Yield: 2 appetizer servings
Ingredients
- 15 millilitres vegetable oil
- 150 grams chorizo
- 30 millilitres brandy
- 60 millilitres red wine
- 15 grams sundried tomato filets
- 6 roasted garlic cloves
- Parsley to taste
- Garlic bread
Directions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium high heat.
- Sear chorizo on all sides for about 3 minutes and flambé with brandy.
- Add wine, tomato, garlic and simmer 2 minutes.
- Transfer skillet to a lined pasta bowl.
- Top with parsley and 2 pieces of garlic bread.
