Classic Lasagna with Meat

Ingredients

  • 600g ground beef
  • 600g bolognese sauce
  • Butter 60g
  • Wheat flour 2.5 tsp
  • Olive oil
  • milk 750ml
  • Lasagna sheets 10pcs
  • Cheese 500g

Directions

Bechamel sauce:

  1. Put butter in a hot saucepan.
  2. Add olive oil.
  3. Gradually add flour.
  4. Add the milk.
  5. Reduce heat. Simmer until the consistency of nonfat sour cream.

Lasagna:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add the ground beef, minced, and fry until soft.
  3. Pour in the bolognese sauce.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Heat oven to 180 degrees C/ 350 degrees F
  6. Grease lasagna noodles with butter. Lay down a layer.
  7. Put a layer of ground beef mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Spread a layer of bechamel sauce on top.
  8. Repeat the procedure.
  9. On the top layer, cover with cheese on top of bechamel.
  10. Allow to stand for 7-10 minutes
  11. Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling and cheese is browned slightly.
