Ingredients
- 500 grams of ground veal tender loin
- 250 grams of tiger shrimps
- 25 grams of chopped fennel bulb
- 25 grams of chopped ripe mango
- 10 grams of finely chopped onions
- 10 grams of finely chopped garlic
- pepper from the mill , salt
- 30 millilitres of olive oil for cooking
- 30 millilitres of butter for cooking
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- In a large stainless steel bowl mix the ground veal tender loin, the chopped fennel bulb, the mango, the onions and the garlic.
- Coarsely chop the tiger shrimps and add to the ground veal. Mix thoroughly.
- Season.
- Form four even-sized patties with the ground veal meat.
- Put the oil and the butter in a hot sautéing pan. Add the burgers and roast each side until it is brown.
- Move the burgers to the oven or to a hot barbecue grill to cook.
- Serve the burger on a roasted sesame seed bun, garnish with a mango and curry chutney.
