Ingredients:

2 cups (480 ml) yogurt

3 cups (720 ml) frozen mango cubes

1 cup (240 ml) milk

2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey

½ cup (120 ml) ice

½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) cinnamon

¼ teaspoon (1 ml) cardamom

¼ teaspoon (1 ml) salt

 

Sprinkle of cardamom, to garnish

Sprinkle of cinnamon, to garnish

 

Method:

Add yogurt, frozen mango cubes, milk, honey, ice, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Pour into 4 frosty glasses. Serve with a sprinkle of cardamom and cinnamon.
