Ingredients:

4 cups (950 ml) milk

¾ teaspoon (3.75 ml) cinnamon, ground

¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) ginger, ground

1/8 teaspoon (.75 ml) cloves, ground

3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey

 

Method:

In small pot, whisk together milk, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and honey over medium-high heat until hot.

Serve in coffee mugs.
