Skillet S’mores

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter

2 cups (480 ml) milk chocolate chips

¼ cup (60 ml) milk

½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt

4 cups (960 ml) mini marshmallows

16-20 graham crackers

 

Method:

Preheat broiler.

Add butter, chocolate chips, milk, and salt to a medium-sized cast iron skillet and cook over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth. Once smooth, top with a layer of mini marshmallows and transfer skillet to oven.

Broil for 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows have softened and browned.
