Ingredients
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 cup sugar

Directions
- In a paderno sauce pot simmer the berries and sugar together over medium heat for about 5 minutes stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat then strain into a deep bowl making sure that there are no seeds in the strained mixture. Reserve until ready to use.
