Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

  1. In a paderno sauce pot simmer the berries and sugar together over medium heat for about 5 minutes stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat then strain into a deep bowl making sure that there are no seeds in the strained mixture. Reserve until ready to use.
