Easy Chocolate Hazelnut Truffles (gluten free)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup natural hazelnuts (works with other nuts)
  • 1 1/4 cup dates (pits removed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3/4 cup natural, unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

  1. Grind hazelnuts in a food processor until finely ground.
  2. Add dates to food processor. Grind until you have a smooth consistency.
  3. In a bowl, add vanilla, cocoa powder and sea salt to your mixture, and stir to combine.
  4. Form small 1 inch round balls with your hands and roll in shredded coconut until covered.
  5. Enjoy!
