Ingredients:
1 sheet of store-bought puff pastry, dethawed
¼ cup (60 ml) melted butter
½ cup (120 ml) brown sugar
1 tablespoon (15 ml) ground cinnamon
Method:
Preheat oven to 425 F (205 C).
Unroll sheet of puff pastry. Brush sheet with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll dough up tightly into a log, pressing the seam down to seal. Slice log into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces. Lay pieces flat on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown.
