Ingredients:
2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey, plus more for drizzling
4 bananas, sliced in half lengthwise and crosswise
¼ teaspoon (0.5 ml) salt
½ cup (240 ml) coconut milk
1 tablespoon (15 ml) roasted sesame seeds
Method:
Preheat oven to 400 F (205 F).
Add butter and honey to a small bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Brush sliced bananas with melted butter and honey and arrange sliced-side down on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until browned.
Transfer roasted bananas to serving dishes, drizzle with coconut milk and honey, and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
