Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (470 ml) milk
- 2 chai tea bags
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
- Grated nutmeg, for topping
Method:
Add milk and tea bags to a saucepan. Heat gently – do not boil – and let steep 10 minutes.
Remove from heat. Remove tea bags. Stir in maple syrup. Divide between two mugs. Top with grated nutmeg.
