Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sambal oelek (15 millilitres)
- 2 tablespoons flour (30 millilitres)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Peel the potatoes and puree them in a food processor. Add the egg and the sambal oelek. Bind the mixture together with a small amount of flour until it is slightly more liquid than mashed potato consistency.
- Pipe the potato mix onto a greaseproof paper-lined baking sheet into long lines. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crispy. Remove the potatoes from the oven and set aside to cook for a few minutes. Snap them into 4 centimetre lengths.
